The fact is, I've been exploring, cooking, salsa making, pickling, Thai capsicum. Which has given me a new appreciation of the variety of types, flavors, and heat levels (some of which are very respectably hot).

DeleteNo, I quit a couple of years ago.
Living in Chiang Rai, you should do fine. It's just too damn hot down here in Ratchaburi. Narrow growong window because of the heat. They won't pollinate above about 32c.
